As Story/Games Project Manager at Consortium9, you’ll be responsible for managing all Story projects from inception to completion, and support the Games org during Pacific Time afternoon hours. You will coordinate with C9’s internal resources and external partners to ensure we adhere to our processes and that all needs are met.
Our ideal candidate is:
- A self-starter who manages their time efficiently across multiple projects and multiple time zones.
- Focused on process. Able to keep projects “on the rails” and coordinate with various stakeholders and hold them accountable to keep projects on schedule.
- Able to anticipate potential roadblocks and troubleshoot in advance.
- Experienced in supporting a variety of writing deliverables, including digital, social, marketing, and integrated campaigns from brief development to delivery; and gaming deliverables and tasks, including movement systems, animation, previz, design, environment, and engineering.
- A strong communicator. Great follow-through; clear and direct verbal and written communicator; able to communicate professionally with all levels, from junior to C-level, creative to technical; extremely organized.
- Committed to documentation. Able to capture action items and what’s important, and hold everyone accountable.
- Experienced: 1-2+ years in project management/coordination, ideally at a media studio or creative agency.
- Coachable: Eager to take on new challenges, grow and learn.
Responsibilities
- Support the Story and Games orgs (Approx 50:50 allocation to start, but will be adjusted based on needs) to deliver strategic and creative components as defined by project scopes.
- Develop and drive project timelines for ongoing projects and new opportunities.
- Own and drive Agile ceremonies and processes.
- Allocate internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution of projects on time.
- Build and regularly maintain project documentation trackers and make recommendations to optimize process from project to project.
- Support the Story org Pacific Time mornings and Games org Pacific Time afternoons, and report to the Senior Director of Project Management.
Skills
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Monday, Asana, Basecamp
- Ultra-organized

- Strong scheduling and communication skills
Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 USD
