HR Coordinator (Remote)

Work Type: Full Time

We are looking for a top-notch Human Resources Coordinator. You will be responsible for conducting and streamlining the recruitment, interview, and onboarding process for new hires to ensure that team members feel welcome, included and well informed from day one. You will help create, document and distribute company policies and procedures. You will also support the COO with additional projects and tasks, as needed.   • Experienced (2+ years) in onboarding, team effectiveness, talent development, project management, or in a similar role


  • Assist with recruitment and interview processes. Track status of candidates and communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.

  • Schedule meetings and interviews as requested 

  • Assist with onboarding new employees

  • Ensure that each new employee has access to all company resources, guidelines and benefits available to them.

  • Document and distribute company policies as required

  • Work with Operations team to create and follow an easy-to-maneuver organization and filing system for various projects.

  • Assist COO with additional administrative projects and tasks, as needed.


  • Extremely well organized

  • Fast Learner and self-starter

  • Superb communicator, both written and verbal

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Well-versed in effective and kind communication in a multicultural, multi-timezoned and remote workspace

  • Basic experience using frontend website tools (think wordpress or squarespace), job posting and payroll software

  • Experience with business software such as Excel, Word, Google office suite, presentation software, etc.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Salary Range: 

$70,000 - $90,000 USD
