The Community Liaison is the primary communication hub connecting the NOR team and its community.
Our ideal candidate is
- A motivated self-starter who works equally well independently or in collaboration with others.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing situations and impromptu requests.
- Familiar with crypto projects and their communities.
- Cool under pressure.
- Well-organized.
Responsibilities
- Gather and amalgamate feedback from the community for the NOR team.
- Engage the community with a trusted point of contact that provides information, addresses their concerns, and assists them with minor technical issues.
- Collaborate across disciplines to provide support for various initiatives and events.
- Represent the Community team and Consortium9 in a positive, professional manner.
- Monitor the NOR Discord, keeping discussions on topic and taking action as needed.
Skills
- Proven excellence in creative and technical writing skills.
- At least two years of experience in online community relations and/or customer service.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Discord, and Twitter Analytics.
- Effective time management.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
